Our Policy
For courses and workshops refunds are based on tuition only. All refunds, less nonrefundable deposits, and fees are calculated according to the date the withdrawal from a course or workshop is initiated.
A $15 cancellation fee will be charged for withdrawals within five business days prior to the start of the first class.
No refunds will be issued on or after the start date of the second class. For example, if the start of your second class is on Tuesday, the Monday prior at 11:59 p.m. ET would be the last day to drop a class for the full tuition refund minus fees.
Ticketed events under $15 are non-refundable.
