Spring Egg Decorating Workshop

Thursday, April 2

5:30PM - 7PM

Admission: $35

The humble egg has been getting a lot of attention lately, but decorating eggs has always been a cherished springtime tradition. Join us for a joyful, hands-on workshop where you’ll decorate eggs like an artist, blending history, craft, and playful experimentation.
Led by Georgina of Studio Big Rock, this workshop invites participants to explore a range of egg decorating techniques inspired by both ancient and modern practices. We will experiment with Pysanky inspired designs, wax resist techniques, and natural dyes made from everyday kitchen vegetable scraps. Georgina’s use of hand-harvested greenery and thoughtfully sourced materials makes this experience feel especially grounded, creative, and seasonal.
This class is great as a family activity or a calm, creative evening out, and perfect for families, creatives, and anyone who loves spring traditions. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where curiosity is encouraged and no two eggs ever turn out the same.
A few eggs will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring extra if they feel inspired to keep going.

What to Bring
Optional images for inspiration
Optional extra eggs if you’re feeling ambitious
All other materials are provided. No experience needed.
