Facility Rentals

The New Bedford Art Museum/ArtWorks! is available for social and business functions. To inquire about facility rentals, please call the Museum at 508-961-3072. We would love to hear from you!


RATES and DEPOSIT

Use of the New Bedford Art Museum/ArtWorks! (NBAM/ArtWorks!) for a private event entails a Rental Fee of $450 ($250 for non-profits), a refundable security deposit of $100, and a signed Rental Agreement to be received by NBAM/ArtWorks! at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

The $450 ($250 Rental Fee for non-profits) is for a maximum of 4 hours, and a maximum of 100 persons. This includes set-up and clean-up time. Additional time may be added at the rate of $100 an hour. The Museum reserves the right to assess an additional fee if clean-up goes beyond one hour.

ART PARTIES

Our museum is a great place to plan your next fun party! We offer lots of fun projects for bachelorette parties, birthdays, team building retreats, and parties for kids too!

Our experienced staff will work with you for a fun art party event. We can engage children and adults in a variety of art experiences using paint, watercolor, clay, jewelry, tie-dye etc., We require 3 weeks advance notice and a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Fees are $15.00 per person with the option to secure a pre-activity party room for children’s birthday parties. We have done corporate team-building parties, bachelorette, birthday, going away etc. No art experience necessary.
