Step into the museum after hours for a cozy, creative evening designed to help you unwind, connect, and make something beautiful. Paint & Sip Night at the New Bedford Art Museum blends art making with a relaxed social atmosphere, perfect for a date night, a friends’ night out, or a solo creative reset.
Led by a professional instructor, this beginner friendly class guides you through a step by step painting from start to finish. The lesson is intentionally approachable, so you can follow along with ease while still making the piece your own. No experience needed, just a willingness to relax and enjoy the process.

As you paint, enjoy mimosas or sparkling wine, with a thoughtfully crafted mocktail option available, along with light snacks selected to complement the evening. The focus is on slowing down, enjoying good company, and letting creativity unfold naturally.

All materials are provided, including canvas, paints, and brushes. You’ll leave with a finished painting and the feeling of having spent your evening doing something genuinely fun, creative, and a little bit special.
